Located across from Bluewater Park, Willie can be visited from March/April until October. He will be hibernating from October through until spring, only waking to make his prediction on Febraury 2nd. In the nicer weather you may find him sunning himself in his outdoor area. If you are unable to see him, don't worry, that just means that he has likely burrowed himself away from sight to enjoy some rest.
